The KUR Programme

A Calmer Pathway towards Change

Our pathways follow a four-phase clinical structure — Assessment, Stabilisation, Consolidation, and Integration. What varies from patient to patient is the duration of the programme, depending on the nature and chronicity of the condition treated
The Four Phases

A structured path through every stage.

We guide you from initial assessment to final integration.

Phase One

Assessment

Your journey begins with a comprehensive clinical consultation with the relevant consultant. They will review your previous examinations and medical history, identify any gaps in the clinical picture, and where necessary recommend further input from other specialists or additional investigations. Starting with the correct diagnosis is the beginning of any meaningful treatment.

Phase Two

Stabilisation
The foundation phase. Higher-frequency care to establish safety, reduce symptom burden, and create the clinical stability from which meaningful progress becomes possible.

Phase Three

Consolidation
The refinement phase. Treatment is adjusted based on your response, with continued oversight and precise adaptation as progress develops and deepens.

Phase Four

Integration
The transition phase. Reduced clinical intensity, with growing emphasis on autonomy, resilience, and the internalisation of what has been built across the programme.
Programme Lengths

The right length for your condition.

Depending on the nature and chronicity of your condition, your consultant will determine whether a 6-week, 3-month, or 12-month programme is most appropriate.

6-Week Pathway

For conditions where a focused, intensive period of structured care is most appropriate — establishing rapid stabilisation and a clear forward plan.

3-Month Pathway

The most common entry point. Allows for meaningful stabilisation, clinical refinement, and the beginning of sustainable integration.

12-Month Pathway

For chronic conditions with significant complexity or long-standing chronicity, where sustained clinical oversight is needed to achieve lasting change.
