Treatment Modalities

The right treatment in the right combination.

Your KUR treatment will draw on a broad spectrum of treatments from western and eastern medical traditions, bringing together psychological treatment, exercise and therapeutic bodywork, as well as nutritional science.
How We Work

Taking the time to get
it right from the start

With a good assessment we begin to see what factors are contributing to the chronicity and complexity of your condition. This understanding forms the basis on which your therapy pathway is put together.

Most pathways will involve some form of psychological support, may it be EMDR, CBT, or in-depth analysis.

The chronic pain and musculoskeletal pathways will involve exercise and hands-on bodywork, but may also use nutritional therapy and energy medicine to facilitate change.

Any pathway addressing autonomic nervous system dysregulation will involve energy medicine alongside understanding what factors have contributed to the ongoing imbalance of the nervous system.

The psychosomatic pathway will be guided by a clinical psychologist and will endeavour to establish which unresolved issues are still active in the system causing symptom formation and a resistance to change.

Therapies you may encounter:
The specific combination prescribed is determined by the consultant team — guided by your pathway, phase, and individual clinical picture. This list is indicative, not exhaustive.
